We act as a data processor, with a data processing agreement signed with every customer.

You connect your email through the provider's own authorisation, Microsoft or Google, and revoke access whenever you want.

Do you sign a data processing agreement?Yes. We sign the data processing agreement required by the GDPR with every customer before processing any document.
Do you use my invoices to improve other customers' results?No. Your team's corrections feed your company's memory and are applied only to your own documents.
Can you answer our security questionnaire?Yes. Write to info@finaro.ai and we will reply with the documentation your IT or compliance team needs.
Can I revoke access to my email?Yes, at any time, from the platform or from your Microsoft or Google account settings.
